No. We accept applications from all ages.
As part of the application process, your treating physician will have to submit a verification form sent by us directly to their medical facility.
No. We do not require income verification for a wish application.
Yes. If your wish requires travel, we will provide your treating physician with a medical clearance letter to confirm that you are able to travel without any risk to your health.
You will need to have your government issued ID along with a credit card for any deposits/incidentals you may incur during your travel.
You will also be responsible for your own spending money (tips, souvenirs, etc.).
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee all wishes will be fulfilled. Eligibility will be determined by the nature of the Wish, feasibility, and available resources.
